What we offer

We are a fully certified Campagnolo Pro-Shop. This reflects not only our many years of working closely with Campagnolo, but also the extensive training we receive every year to keep abreast of the latest technology.

Every bike sold at Ron Spencer Cycles is welcome to a free of charge service after approximately six to eight weeks of regular riding. During the first few weeks, the brake and gear cables will sometimes need adjusting, to help them run smoothly for the rest of the year.

Due to the high quality of workmanship, our service centre is extremely popular, therefore we operate a booking system for all repairs, please call 01925 632668 to book your appointment now.

We have plenty of parking on site, making it easy for you to drop off and pick up.

All worn parts will be disposed of unless otherwise requested.  We ask that your bike is delivered to us in a relatively clean state.  An additional charge of £10 will be applied if the work cannot be completed without cleaning the bike first.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long do you need my bike for?

Our aim is to turn around your bike in a day or two, however depending on the extent of your service or repair, lead times on parts can determine how long we need your bike for. Please give plenty of notice for ‘pre event’ work to avoid disappointment.

I didn’t buy my bike from you, can you still service it?

Absolutely. We have been servicing all different brands of bikes for more than 40 years and have the expertise and knowledge to repair any bike, from tandems to fixes, you name it, we can repair it.

I’m not sure what is wrong with my bike?

Our technicians are always on hand to diagnose any problems with your bike and provide an estimate of work to be carried out. There are occasions when we will need to have a closer look at your bike in the work stand to identify the problem and will therefore ask for your approval before completion.
